SNIPPYPDF GUIDES

PDF editing preview versus clean export

Understand the watermarked editing trial and SnippyPDF's planned single-document and seven-day export passes.

Try the change before deciding

The commercial editor preview lets you open a supported PDF, make manual text or image edits, and inspect the result. Document pages display a repeated Powered by SnippyPDF watermark. The watermark is part of the visible preview; it does not stamp your original PDF. Pricing is shown before you begin.

What a clean export pass will cover

The planned single-document pass costs $2.99 and covers one supported PDF up to 10 pages, including revisions and re-exports for seven days. The planned seven-day editor pass costs $4.49 and covers unlimited supported PDFs during that period. Existing per-file limits of 25 MB and 100 pages still apply. Neither is a subscription or automatically renews. Checkout, payment enforcement and clean export access have not launched, so these prices are not an available purchase.

A screenshot is different from an edited PDF

A screen capture records what is visible as an image. It may lose selectable text and sharpness, and reconstructing pages in another application can change page size or margins. A clean export is intended to write supported edits into a new PDF. You should still reopen and inspect that file before using it.

Keep your originals

A time-limited pass does not promise cloud storage, cloud recovery or guaranteed retention. The manual editor provides a browser-local recovery draft, separate from cloud storage. Wait for Saved on this device; earlier undo history is not restored. Preserve the original file on your device and keep any exported revision separately when export is available. The future AI workflow is a separate proposal; it is not connected or included in these manual-editor plans.
