Who operates SnippyPDF

SnippyPDF is personally operated under the name Snippy Enterprises. This page does not represent Snippy Enterprises as an incorporated company or select a governing state, court or arbitration arrangement. Contact the operator through the Support page for product, account or privacy questions.

Use documents you are authorized to edit

Use SnippyPDF only for documents and signatures you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the edits you make and for accurately describing the resulting document. Fraud, forgery, impersonation, false documentation, unauthorized alteration and deceptive claims for payment, reimbursement, refunds or other benefits are prohibited. Editing a file does not establish its authenticity or legal validity.

Supported editing and export

The editor works with a supported subset of PDF text and images, subject to file, page, font and complexity limits. Keep your original file and reopen every downloaded result to check your changes before sharing or relying on it. OCR, secure redaction, universal font support, certificate-backed digital signatures and connected AI are not provided. Preview appearance alone does not verify an exported file.

Local documents and recovery

PDF editing and export run in your browser. SnippyPDF does not upload your PDF for processing. Recovery drafts stay in that browser and device; clearing site data, private browsing, storage limits or device loss can remove them. A recovery draft is not a downloaded PDF or cloud backup. You remain responsible for keeping original and exported copies.

Accounts and signature profiles

Email-code sign-in provides an optional account. Keep sign-in codes private. Profile sync uploads only the cropped signature PNG you explicitly choose, along with its label; the source document is not uploaded. Signing in on another device lets you explicitly restore the profile copy. Saving or replacing a profile signature requires active family access or approved sandbox authorization. Drawing and saving a signature on one device remains free. A signature image is not a certificate-backed digital signature.

Free trials and private family access

Public trial downloads contain a Powered by SnippyPDF watermark. A valid private family code binds to one verified account and grants ongoing clean exports and signature profile saves and replacements at no charge, with no scheduled expiry. Do not publish or sell family codes. Used codes are not made reusable by deleting the account. Access can be restricted to address abuse, compromised access or service discontinuation; this does not erase PDF files you have already downloaded.

Purchases remain unavailable

Real payments, public paid passes and subscriptions are disabled. Advertised future pass prices are plans, not an offer to charge you today. Approved sandbox testers may see Stripe test checkout; it uses test money only and must not be used with real card details. Sandbox entitlements can expire, be consumed or be revoked in refund/dispute tests. Before any real purchase is enabled, the actual price, scope, duration, renewal terms and refund/contact process must be shown and these terms updated.

Access controls and their limits

The supported clean-export flow checks account access online and requires a short-lived, one-use authorization tied to the signed-in session and declared document fingerprint/page count. Access is checked again immediately before download or sharing; expired, signed-out or revoked access is denied. These are service access controls, not DRM. Because the editor runs locally, they cannot prevent a modified client from bypassing local watermarking, independently verify client-declared PDF metadata, or revoke a file already saved on your device. Do not bypass or abuse the service’s account or authorization controls.

Support and privacy requests

Use the Support page to describe an issue using nonsensitive examples. Support requires email verification but no purchase. Your message and verified reply address are sent through Resend to the operator’s private support inbox. Do not include document contents, signatures, access codes, credentials or payment details. No attachment upload is offered. Support is not an emergency service and no response time is guaranteed. Support emails are separate from account storage; deleting an account does not automatically delete those emails. Use Support to ask about access or deletion of support correspondence.

Availability and your rights

Features may be unavailable or change as the product develops. No promise is made that every PDF, device or browser will work, that data in local browser storage will be retained, or that an edit is legally appropriate. Do not rely on this editor for secure removal of confidential information or formal document verification. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Changes will be described on the updated terms page; future purchases require their own clear terms before payment is enabled.
