Start with a nonsensitive sample
Use the editor’s built-in sample or a PDF you are authorized to edit. Keep the original separately. The public watermarked trial is available; clean-export access is limited to existing family accounts or approved sandbox testers. Do not enter real card details in a sandbox checkout. Ask the operator if you need a private test account; keep family codes private.
Edit, save a draft and recover it
Change a short supported text run or image. Check the result, use Undo and Redo, and wait for Saved on this device. Reload and recover the draft in the same browser. Check that the applied edit remains. Earlier undo history does not return, and browser-local drafts do not sync between devices.
Download and reopen the PDF
Export under a new filename, finish saving to your device and open the actual file in another PDF reader. Check the page count, changed wording/image, neighboring content and watermark state. On an iPhone, test Files and Google Drive selection and Save to Files, then report the device and iOS version alongside your result.
Check signatures and privacy
Use a synthetic test mark. Save on the device, explicitly save to the profile only if authorized, then sign in with the same email on another device and explicitly restore it. Place and export the signature, then inspect the downloaded file. Only the chosen cropped PNG is uploaded; the PDF and source image stay local.
Report a reproducible issue
Use Support with the device/browser version, steps, expected result and exact error wording. Mention whether the sample or your own file was used, without including document contents, signatures, access codes or payment-card data. Stop using a result if edits or pages are missing. Preserve the original and draft; do not clear site data to troubleshoot.
